Designed for boys and girls from U8 through high school, this comprehensive program covers every aspect of the position—from footwork, handling, diving, and breakaways to advanced topics like distribution, decision-making, and pressure training. With a focus on the 5 C’s (Catching, Control, Command, Communication, Coordination) and the 3 A’s (Agility, Angles, Anticipation), each 60-minute session blends technical training with strength and fitness work to build confidence, consistency, and composure in goal. Whether you’re just starting or aiming to sharpen elite skills, this program will give you the tools to own your box.
